The present document is a summary record of an experts meeting held in Madrid, Spain on 18-19 November 2003. The purpose of the meeting was to determine the interest in member countries for the types of loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) tests envisaged in the source term loss-of-coolant (STLOC) programme proposed by IRSN.
